My best friend Clare was up for it. We re-jigged our diaries, and then on Friday, 26 May 2023, we flew from London Gatwick to Palma. My friend Clare and I were still determining what to expect, although we follow The Body Camp on Instagram and had a good old nosy on their website and read the reviews. It’s safe to say that it was an utterly incredible experience on many levels and surpassed our expectations. So here’s my blog on my no-nonsense thoughts on my seven days away.

From painting trains to social activism, clothes, and soundtracks. The exhibition takes over the entirety of the iconic Saatchi Gallery, examining how this cultural narrative shift is the public’s perception of underground art and culture, leading to a global creative revolution.

The Local & Wild farm shop brings the countryside to Richmond, offering you a changing seasonal selection of premium British produce predominantly sourced sustainably from small UK growers and local producers.

So here’s a little autumn coffee table inspo. Do you like it?
Tom and I recently had the pleasure of an overnight stay at an exquisite, ultra-boutique hotel in London’s Marylebone: Henry’s Townhouse. Situated in one of London’s most sought-after postcodes on Upper Berkeley Street, it’s about a five-minute walk from Marble Arch station, tucked behind the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street.
