Tom and I had a wonderful early supper at @sticksnsushi King’s Road last Monday to celebrate my birthday and I can’t wait to go back with the teenagers and friends.

If you LOVE sushi and Yakitora, I can highly recommend Sticks n Sushi. The menu is extensive and there’s something for everybody. The cocktails are seldom too. I just couldn’t fit our experience on one video so here’s three, please swipe across.

Sticks’n’Sushi serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of traditional sushi and yakitori sticks from the grill. So for those less keen on fish, there is a selection of chicken, pork, beef and vegetable skewers – all grilled fresh to order.

Sticks’n’Sushi was founded in 1994 by brothers Jens and Kim Rahbek and Thor Andersen. Taking inspiration from their half-Japanese, half-Danish background, they created a unique cuisine that combines two culinary traditions.

Today there are seven restaurants in London, one in Cambridge and one more in Oxford.

The decor is Scandi chic meets Japanese paired down design and the staff are wonderfully attentive.

Thank you @sticksnsushi.uk for this gifted experience and we hope to see you again.
