In late October we had a wonderful family holiday in New York. Here I’d like to share with you my top tips for travelling as a family to the city that never sleeps.
Tom and I recently had the pleasure of an overnight stay at an exquisite, ultra-boutique hotel in London’s Marylebone: Henry’s Townhouse. Situated in one of London's most sought-after postcodes on Upper Berkeley Street, it's about a five-minute walk from Marble Arch station, tucked behind the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street.
Here's a one-minute video showing you how I put this together. Sorry, I'm no food videographer and I did this in a rush between seeing clients, but hopefully you get the gist. It isn't a complicated recipe, but it is time consuming as there are three stages to it: roasting the aubergines, making the tomato sauce and thirdly, making the béchamel sauce.
