☕️ RAILS Restaurant at the Great Northern Hotel, King’s Cross ☕️
☕️ My lovely friend Bea from @a_london_story (please check out her brilliant Insta account) invited me to the Rails restaurant at the @gnhotel for afternoon tea. They have just launched a new Nyetimber sparkling wine afternoon tea which includes a glass of Nyetimber English sparkling wine alongside the sweet and delicious savoury treats. You can choose from a wide range of bespoke loose leaf tea blends from East India Tea company. The interior design is to die for, you’ll love it!

Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese on White Bread
Ham, English Mustard, Cress on White Bread
Wild Mushroom Tartlet

My favourite were the savouries and the plain and fruit scones with lashings of home-made preserves and Cornish clotted cream.
