There is always something new to see and read on my blog, especially Instagram. As a multi-award-winning personal stylist in London and Surrey, I cover a wide range of things that interest me, focused mainly around the following: exploring interiors + art + architecture + style + fashion + travel + food + things that touch my imagination daily.
For some, dressing in occasionwear may be an all-year-round thing. For others, it could be the lead-up to the festive season, Christmas and the New Year celebrations. Velvet, sequins, sparkles and lace come into their own when the party season ramps up!

Here’s a one-minute video showing you how I put this together. Sorry, I’m no food videographer and I did this in a rush between seeing clients, but hopefully you get the gist. It isn’t a complicated recipe, but it is time consuming as there are three stages to it: roasting the aubergines, making the tomato sauce and thirdly, making the béchamel sauce.
