Personal Styling + Home Styling
There is always something new to see and read on my blog, especially Instagram. As a multi-award-winning personal stylist in London and Surrey, I cover a wide range of things that interest me, focused mainly around the following: exploring interiors + art + architecture + style + fashion + travel + food + things that touch my imagination daily.
A few ideas to help you dress your table for any occasion
Every year, over 20,000 illuminated white roses are lit up in Grosvenor Square in memory of loved ones.
I am a tad bias BUT Bond Street is probably the most beautiful street in London right now. As a born and bred Londoner this city has my heart and soul.
Need a reason to dress up? Why not visit the @the_lanesborough hotel in London for a cheeky glass of bubbles? It’s looking beautiful and the staff are charming and inviting.
Tom and I were invited to this lovely restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden, London. The modern British menu is reinvented monthly and there’s a tasting menu, lunch, pre theatre and roast options. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the food was hearty and delicious. I highly recommend a visit.
Absolutely LOVED the Christmas menu at The Black Lamb @theblacklamb_resto in the heart of Wimbledon Village. Over three hours, Tom and I devoured most of this delicious menu cooked with British produce and washed down with English wines. Exceptional value at £49.95 per person for the set menu.
I put myself under ENORMOUS pressure to make it beautiful for my children, family and friends. The decorating task starts playing on my mind around the beginning of November. Although I’m a born and bred Londoner, my Indian parents didn’t think to celebrate Christmas when I was a child. We lived in Muswell Hill and myself and my two sisters really missed out.
THAMES AT NIGHT…Tom and I were invited by @bateauxlondon to go on an evening dinner cruise down the River Thames. I’ve lived in London all my life and had not done this before. It was spectacular, I cannot recommend this wonderful dinner cruise enough, especially as a gift to a loved one.
Tom and I visited Frameless, a brand new culturally rich, immersive, multi-dimensional art experience in Marble Arch, London. Housed in an incredible 30,000 square foot venue, it is the biggest of its kind in the UK. I’ve seen something similar in Paris, but this blew me away.
