THAMES AT NIGHT…Tom and I were invited by @bateauxlondon to go on an evening dinner cruise down the River Thames. I’ve lived in London all my life and had not done this before. It was spectacular, I cannot recommend this wonderful dinner cruise enough, especially as a gift to a loved one.
Personal Styling + Home Styling
There is always something new to see and read on my blog, especially Instagram. As a multi-award-winning personal stylist in London and Surrey, I cover a wide range of things that interest me, focused mainly around the following: exploring interiors + art + architecture + style + fashion + travel + food + things that touch my imagination daily.
Tom and I visited Frameless, a brand new culturally rich, immersive, multi-dimensional art experience in Marble Arch, London. Housed in an incredible 30,000 square foot venue, it is the biggest of its kind in the UK. I’ve seen something similar in Paris, but this blew me away.
We were invited to Eccleston Yards Biscuiteers (Instagram @biscuiteersltd) to sample their afternoon tea in the heart of London’s Belgravia.
Tucked behind the famous luxury biscuit shop, there’s the afternoon tea area as well as an area where you can book a session to decorate biscuits. Do check out this little gem.
Here are some gifting ideas for all the special ladies in your life! If you’d like someone to buy you any of these lovely gifts, you might need to drop BIG hints or send them the link – just to make sure they really do get the hint.
I’ve added a range of items for everyones budget, so good luck and hope you like my selection.
For some, dressing in occasionwear may be an all-year-round thing. For others, it could be the lead-up to the festive season, Christmas and the New Year celebrations. Velvet, sequins, sparkles and lace come into their own when the party season ramps up!
In this blog, I’ve featured some of my favourite dresses from the Ambrose Wilson collection and from today there’s up to 50% off some selected items as an Early Bird Black Friday offer.
Here’s a one-minute video showing you how I put this together. Sorry, I’m no food videographer and I did this in a rush between seeing clients, but hopefully you get the gist. It isn’t a complicated recipe, but it is time consuming as there are three stages to it: roasting the aubergines, making the tomato sauce and thirdly, making the béchamel sauce.
