I’m delighted to be teaming up with Alex, a registered nutritionist, naturopath (MBANT, CNHC) and a trained chef. This workshop, held at my home in Kingston upon Thames, is aimed at helping women between the ages of 40-60, who are either coming up to or already going through the menopause.

She’ll provide a document summarising all of her key finds and giving her top tips for savvy shopping whilst navigating the menopause.
