The Mindful & Sustainable Wardrobe Workshop
Tuesday, 25 April, 2.00 pm (GMT)
Price: £99 per person*
Following numerous sell-out wardrobe workshops in 2020 and 2021 (I ran 17!), they are back – bigger and better than before. Wherever you are in the world, you are welcome to join; all you need is a good Wifi connection. This two-hour workshop will cover various topics to prepare your wardrobe for Spring and beyond. Its objective is to help you think more mindfully about what you buy sustainably. There are only 20 places for each workshop, so you’ll get to ask questions and feel like you’re getting real value for money. It’s helpful if you’ve had your colours done, but not essential.
You’ll be emailed a workbook in advance and required for wardrobe prep. Some of the things we will cover in the two hours are:
The benefits of having a mindful and well-thought-out wardrobe.
How do you work out what you wear and why so you know what you need more
The process you need to undertake to do a wardrobe audit.
Understanding how your lifestyle needs to reflect your wardrobe.
Neutrals vs colours
And much more…
Some feedback from the workshops:
“Dear Anita, I loved your workshop, I was delighted when I saw you had offered online classes. A really affordable way to focus on what matters in our wardrobes. When I look through mine, I can hear your voice saying ‘just get rid of it’ when I am hesitating, including the too tight jeans! Thank you again, Liz xx.”
“Dear Anita, thank you for an enjoyable workshop – lots of things to rethink and tackle. You have helped me to refocus though a bit trickier for me as I have to keep a second wardrobe of clothes for trips home to the UK, but I am going to work on reducing the 30 jackets and 14 coats as I don’t wear them here in Florida. Thank you again, please do more! Lucinda x”
“Hi Anita, I loved the workshop – really useful and good reminder about things. I have at least 20 things I’m going to sell on eBay that I’ve just been ‘holding onto’ for years. Thanks for the push. Also, some great tips to really think about when shopping. You’re as brilliant and motivating as ever. Alex x”
Bye for now, and I hope to see you Zooming into the workshop.
The usual price for a two-hour wardrobe consultation is £360
