Five navy blazers under £100

A navy blazer is a timeless classic and some women prefer navy to black as a staple item for their wardrobe. My advice would be to size up if you’d like to wear your blazer more or less all year round. I usually take a UK size 8 on top, but my blazers are size UK 10 so I can comfortably wear a sweat catcher, shirt and lightweight knit underneath in spring and autumn. When I peel off the layers in early summer, the blazer doesn’t look too oversized with a simple T-shirt underneath. All these jackets are true to size, I’ve tried them on for you! A blazer takes your outfit from casual to smart casual, so you can ditch the cardigan and elevate your style. If it’s still a bit nippy, add more layers underneath or throw over a gilet or a mac/trench coat.

The city’s charm lies in its walkability and the well-connected bus routes, ensuring you won’t miss a beat.

salmon teriyaki

My daughter spurred me on with this recipe. Her love of salmon was waning, and I needed to make it more flavoursome. I came across a BBC Good Food recipe which I adapted. Now that she can’t get enough of this salmon dish, she has printed out the recipe and made it for her grandparents. It is so delicious the next day as a cold lunch. I served the fish with miso broccoli and new baby potatoes in this video. It’s so simple, quick, flavoursome and nutritious.
